Primo is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at The Gertrude Hotel in Fitzroy. This full-time, onsite role offers a package of $75,000 – $80,000.

About the Role: You will support the Venue Managers with daily service and operations within a beautiful venue, working with an amazing team of staff. This role involves working in the main restaurant and private dining spaces, contributing to the high-quality service our customers expect. You will also help shape and train staff and have opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge. The role offers a part-time to full-time load.

About You:

• Floor supervisor experience with a talent for creating memorable and welcoming guest experiences.
• Previous experience in events or private dining.
• A passion for food, people, and hospitality.
• A base of existing knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Enjoy working as part of a focused and fun team.
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
