A significant new establishment is arriving in Rose Bay, and we invite you to join its inception. Riva, SRG Hospitality's latest waterfront dining venue, is designed as an inviting and dynamic space where superior cuisine converges with authentic guest interaction, ensuring every visitor feels like a familiar face. We are currently assembling the inaugural team and are seeking Front of House professionals who establish benchmarks through their personality, precision, and genuine dedication to hospitality.
SRG Hospitality manages fifteen establishments throughout Sydney, with further expansion planned. Opportunities Available:
- FOH Supervisor: Oversee service operations, guide your team, and maintain floor standards. Prior experience in this capacity is expected, with an understanding of high-quality service delivery and the ability to execute it consistently each shift.
- Section Waiter: Take ownership of your designated area, assess guest needs, and provide service that is both warm and professionally executed with attentiveness.
- Bartender: Prepare outstanding beverages and foster connections across the bar. Proficiency in cocktails, wine, and spirits, coupled with a passion for sharing your expertise, is valued.
- Sommelier: Enhance the dining experience with knowledgeable and personalised wine service. Strong sensory perception and interpersonal skills are equally important.
- Food Runner: Serve as the vital link in service operations. Efficiency, accuracy, and a pride in facilitating smooth floor operations are key contributions from the outset.
What You Bring:
- An innate sense of hospitality, making guests feel recognised, welcomed, and cared for.
- Relevant experience in your chosen role within a professional dining environment.
- For Leaders (Supervisors): Demonstrated experience in managing a floor and developing team members.
- Effective communication skills and a positive, cooperative approach to shifts.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A current RSA Certificate (essential for all positions).
- A motivation for professional development, both at Riva and within SRG Hospitality.
