Front Office Attendant

Crown Resorts Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Metropol Front Office team. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Southbank.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide joyful experiences through genuine care for guests.
  • Deliver personalised and seamless check-in and check-out experiences for all guests.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Crown hotel products and facilities, as well as service offerings across the broader Crown complex.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous approach to all customers, recognising and attending to individual needs.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a premium hotel or tourism and hospitality related customer service role is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and a passion to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • The ability to multi-task while maintaining a very strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) would be advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends, overnights, and public holidays, is required for this role.
