About the Role Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, this role involves leading and overseeing all Front Office operations to ensure a unique and exceptional guest experience at Monarto Safari Resort.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality guest service through the management of guest experiences and hotel operations.
- Prioritising workload and allocating tasks to ensure the team delivers memorable experiences.
- Developing team skills to achieve results that positively impact hotel performance.
- Engaging in authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries, or concerns.
- Serving as the first point of contact for critical emergency situations.
About You The successful candidate will possess:
- Duty Manager experience within a hotel setting, with a commitment to delivering excellent guest services.
- Knowledge of NewBook is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid visa granting the right to work in Australia.
- First Aid and basic CPR certification.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
