About Us Monarto Safari Resort offers an escape from the everyday with its spacious and thoughtfully designed rooms and suites. The resort is expanding to include an additional 20 luxurious tents and a private lodge, catering to guests seeking a getaway. Located less than an hour from Adelaide, the resort and lodge serve as an ideal base for family holidays or romantic weekends.

About the Role Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, this role involves leading and overseeing all Front Office operations to ensure a unique and exceptional guest experience at Monarto Safari Resort.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality guest service through the management of guest experiences and hotel operations.
  • Prioritising workload and allocating tasks to ensure the team delivers memorable experiences.
  • Developing team skills to achieve results that positively impact hotel performance.
  • Engaging in authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries, or concerns.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for critical emergency situations.

About You The successful candidate will possess:

  • Duty Manager experience within a hotel setting, with a commitment to delivering excellent guest services.
  • Knowledge of NewBook is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid visa granting the right to work in Australia.
  • First Aid and basic CPR certification.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
