- Regency Club Team Leader - Part Time
- Guest Service Officer - Full Time, with consideration for Part Time applicants

The Role:
As a Team Leader, you will support the Guest Experience Manager in all operational aspects of the department, ensuring the highest level of comfort and convenience for our guests. This includes overseeing check-ins and check-outs for World of Hyatt elite members in accordance with Hyatt standards. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Regency Club lounge, maintaining cleanliness, overseeing food and beverage service (breakfast and evening canapés), and managing staffing.
As a Guest Service Officer, you will be a key representative of our property, assisting guests with all inquiries to uphold Hyatt's 5-star standards. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of check-ins and check-outs, professionally resolving complaints, and providing recommendations to enhance guest stays. You will deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests, aiming to create memorable experiences.
Our ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience within a premium hotel environment.
- Exposure to the OPERA system is highly regarded.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
