Frasers Events is looking for enthusiastic and professional Casual Functions Front of House & Bar Staff to join our events team. You will deliver exceptional service across weddings, corporate events, and special functions at an iconic Perth location. This role suits hospitality professionals who appreciate event-based work, rapid service, and contributing to memorable occasions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service during weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
• Undertake setup and pack down of event spaces, including tables, bars, and function rooms.
• Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard.
• Operate bar service responsibly, adhering to RSA requirements.
• Engage with guests and respond to requests efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout events.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to ensure smooth event delivery.

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, FOH, or bar service is preferred but not essential.
• Possess strong customer service skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Current RSA is required for bar staff.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
