AJS Operations Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Functions Manager for a full-time position at The Wolf Windsor in Windsor. This role offers a salary of $70,000 – $75,000 per year and is a hybrid position.

This opportunity is suited for a hospitality professional with a talent for event coordination, who is adept at both customer service and event planning. The position involves overseeing daily venue operations as a Duty Manager and coordinating functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the venue's daily operations in the capacity of Duty Manager, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
• Partner with clients and internal departments to plan and deliver successful events and functions.
• Manage booking enquiries, communicate with suppliers, and coordinate schedules for efficient function execution.
• Assist the team in fostering a welcoming, efficient, and secure atmosphere for all patrons.
• Oversee staffing and resources during events, providing direct leadership.
• Uphold elevated standards of service, hygiene, and safety across the venue.

• Demonstrated experience in hospitality or events management, with Duty Manager experience being ideal.
• Proficiency in organisation and multitasking, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities for effective client and team engagement.
