Gaming Attendant / Bistro Attendants at Trios Sports Club

Trios Sports Club, a prominent social venue in Cranbourne/Casey, is seeking skilled and energetic individuals for casual Gaming and Bistro Attendant roles at its Cranbourne location. The club operates seven days a week, offering high-quality food, gaming, and entertainment from within the Cranbourne Racing Centre. Trios features an award-winning Bistro, Sports Bar, Gaming area, and Function Room.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patrons and adhering to all OH&S obligations.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RSA, RSG, RSF, and a Current Victorian gaming license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a gaming attendant role, or 6 months for a Bistro Attendant role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with gaming machines and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• High-level communication skills.
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambition and motivation to learn.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and hours each week, including late-night shifts until the venue closes at 3 am.
