Coffin Bay Hotel Motel Pty Ltd seeks a Gaming Attendant for its Coffin Bay location. This casual role offers an hourly rate of $34.96 – $48.95.

The Coffin Bay Hotel is a bustling country pub in Coffin Bay, known for its welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dependable, collaborative individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to our local community and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing venue opening and closing protocols.
• Overseeing the operation of 10 gaming machines and TAB facilities.
• Providing service at the bar and bottle shop.
• Serving food and assisting patrons.
• Processing payments and managing cash.
• Ensuring the venue remains clean and inviting.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to both locals and tourists.

Requirements:

• Valid RSA and RSG certifications for South Australia.
• Previous experience in a comparable role.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Proficient customer service abilities.
• Reliability and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

This position is initially casual, with a commitment of 30+ hours per week, paid at Level 3 under the Hospitality Industry Award. An onsite accommodation package is available. For the suitable candidate, there is potential for advancement to a permanent full-time position.

We are open to considering couples, with the Gaming Manager role being the primary focus. Partners with experience as a Cook/Chef, in housekeeping, as a Bar Attendant, or as a Kitchen Hand may be considered for a secondary role.
