The Blue Fin Fishing Club, established in 1956 by local fishermen, is Australia's largest fishing club with over 7,500 members. Our nationally recognised social hub in Inala offers a welcoming environment for members and their families. Facilities include a Bistro, Bar, Café, gaming room, kids' playground, and function rooms. Located 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD and Ipswich, and 1 hour from the Gold Coast, the club is centrally positioned.

About the Role

This position involves serving customers across the Gaming, TAB, Keno, and Bar areas. You will be required to demonstrate a clear understanding of customer responsibilities in line with RSA, RSG, and Liquor Act requirements. Maintaining the club's presentation standards, including cleanliness, order, and safety, is essential. Adherence to gaming and bar standards, procedures, and processes is expected. Staying informed about updates on food, bar products, offers, and processes is also part of the role.

Skills and Experience

• High proficiency in interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming (RSA & RSG) Statements of Attainment.
• Upholding high standards in customer service with a robust customer service background.
• Flexibility in availability to work rostered shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
