GAMING STAFF Young Hotels Griffith Full-time, Onsite

Young Hotels Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Gaming Team at The Gem Hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks and cocktails with consistency and care.
• Provide tray service to gaming guests with a positive demeanour.
• Take orders, manage cash and EFTPOS transactions, and maintain bar stock and presentation.
• Foster a welcoming environment by greeting guests and attending to their requests.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and gaming regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the bar and gaming areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or bar/gaming roles is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a professional and approachable demeanour.
• Capacity to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced setting.
• Possession of a current RSA and RCG.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Advanced RCG (ARCG) is preferred but not essential.
