Duties
- Oversee all resort operations, encompassing accommodation, food and beverage services, and guest experiences.
- Lead a high-performing team, offering mentorship and support to achieve excellence across all departments.
- Create memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations while maintaining effective cost control.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure the resort's long-term success.
- Engage with the local community and maintain the resort's esteemed reputation.
- Participate actively in day-to-day operations, reflecting the hands-on nature of this role in a remote yet vibrant environment.
Skills & Experience You are an experienced hospitality leader adept at thriving in remote, fast-paced settings. You possess strong commercial acumen, natural problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to motivate a team and curate outstanding guest experiences.
- Proven leadership experience in resort management, remote operations, or multi-outlet hospitality venues.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L analysis, and financial planning.
- A hands-on approach with a thorough understanding of the challenges associated with remote tourism.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant hospitality qualifications, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Safety certifications.
