Airport Retail Group Australia is seeking a General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operational management of new food and beverage venues at Australia's newest airport, opening late 2026. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Parramatta.

Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of venue openings, supplier and stakeholder management, financial oversight, and the recruitment and leadership of key site teams. The Western Sydney Airport operation encompasses a multi-million dollar Food & Beverage hospitality business with four premium venues: Mountain Culture Beer Co. (two venues) and two branded Coffee Venues in partnership with well-known local coffee brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full operations of new hospitality venues at Western Sydney Airport, from concept to opening.
• Oversee procurement, supplier negotiations, and implementation of all operational systems.
• Collaborate with franchise/brand partners to deliver compliant and brand-aligned experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, and support high-performing teams and leaders.
• Develop operational procedures and ensure full compliance with airport and food safety regulations.
• Drive ongoing performance through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Build strong relationships with airport authorities and commercial partners.
• Contribute to the long-term growth strategy for airport hospitality across NSW.

About You:

This role would suit an experienced Venue Manager, Operations Manager, or Multi-site Manager ready to take the next step into a General Manager position.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + bonus (based on experience).
