Golf Experience & Social Media Assistant (Casual)

The Birdie Bunker Pty Ltd is seeking a Golf Experience & Social Media Assistant to join our team in Shellharbour. This is a casual, onsite position.

We are looking for an energetic and creative individual to contribute to our online presence and in-venue customer experience. This role involves hands-on work with social media and direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Capture photos and videos within the venue.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content.
• Design graphics and posts using Canva.
• Assist customers with setup on Trackman golf simulators.
• Serve drinks and snacks.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in golf.
• Experience with social media platforms.
• Basic skills in Canva or content creation.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification, or a willingness to obtain one.
• A friendly, confident, and personable demeanour.
• Reliability, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work some nights and weekends.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience playing golf, or a keen interest in learning.
• Photography, videography, or editing skills.
• Comfort appearing in social media content.
• A history of generating creative content ideas.
• Experience growing or managing social media accounts.
