Accor Vacation Club is seeking a full-time Guest Experience Host & Lead Generator for an onsite role in Broadbeach. The compensation includes a Base Salary + Commission.

This role is suited for individuals who are confident, people-focused, and comfortable with either face-to-face or phone-based engagement. Join our Gold Coast team to combine front-of-house hospitality with on-site marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk.
• Engage guests in person or via phone to build rapport and generate bookings for livestream or in-person sales tours.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream and in-person Sales Centres.
• Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community.
• Collaborate with Resort Operations to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Complete required system updates and administrative tasks.
• Availability on weekends and public holidays is required.

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging guests in person.
• A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy; PMS experience (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work across multiple Sales sites in the Gold Coast.
