Pan Pacific Melbourne seeks a full-time Guest Service Agent to enhance guest experiences during arrivals, departures, and general inquiries.

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality, seamless service to guests throughout their stay.
• Serving as the initial and final point of contact for guests, managing check-in, check-out, and providing information services.
• Working a rotating roster that includes morning and afternoon shifts, as well as weekends.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience in a comparable role within a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud.
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
