Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, offering warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly addressing requests, messages, and concerns.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including accurate check-in/check-out processes, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties according to hotel procedures.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms, special requests, and guest expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate reservation details, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to effectively assist guests and enhance service quality.
• Adhere to hotel policies, WH&S standards, training requirements, and equipment care, while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience as a Guest Service Agent (GSA) in a hotel or similar setting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in front office operations, including check-in/out and handling guest accounts.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other hotel departments.
• Capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.
