Head Barista / Kiosk Supervisor

Pearl Aldinga Beach is seeking an experienced Head Barista / Kiosk Supervisor to oversee our beachfront kiosk located in Aldinga Beach.

This onsite, casual position offers a salary of $35 – $48 per hour.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of one year's experience as a barista in a high-volume setting.
• Possess experience in supervising or leading a small team.
• Hold a current South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Have experience within a specialty coffee environment (preferred).
• Have bar experience (preferred but not essential).
• Demonstrate pride in maintaining consistency and producing high-quality coffee.
• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Be organised, proactive, and enjoy leading by example.

The typical roster includes Wednesday to Sunday during peak season, shifting to Thursday to Sunday during quieter periods, with operating hours generally from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. About Pearl Pearl is a family-owned restaurant situated overlooking Aldinga Beach.
