Star Group Management is seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our expanding team. As Queensland's largest independent hotel business, we pride ourselves on a unique approach. Due to team and business growth, we are recruiting Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Cooks for full-time positions. Opportunities are available across various locations, from Central Queensland to South Australia. Relocation assistance may be considered for suitable applicants.

Wages will be determined by experience and demonstrated ability. Candidates must be available to work seven days a week, including evenings, and possess unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Roles Available:

• Head Chef
• Sous Chef
• Cooks

Remuneration will be above $80,000 for Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chefs, and Cooks, commensurate with experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of service is required.
• A Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent demonstrable job experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

• Managing and overseeing multiple kitchen sections.
• Developing and implementing staff rosters.
• Processing stock orders.
• Accepting stock deliveries.
• Implementing stock rotation procedures.
• Preparing food items.
• Undertaking cleaning duties.
• Managing food safety protocols.
