About the Role

This position is vital for upholding the high service and management standards at Santos & Pecadores. As the Hospitality, Retail, and Service Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of our lively venue. Your leadership will ensure seamless functionality, surpass customer expectations, and reinforce our standing as a premier nightlife destination in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee venue operations and ensure adherence to licensing regulations.
• Manage a staff team, including training, scheduling, and performance assessment.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost customer satisfaction and venue profitability.
• Coordinate private bookings, VIP booths, and special events.
• Monitor inventory and procure supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience via effective staff management and service standards.
• Maintain health and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain patrons.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and report on performance indicators.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year
