Location: Biggera Waters, QLD Salary: $30 – $40 per hour Work type: casual, onsite

The Opportunity We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to fill a Hospitality Reception/Guest Services role in Biggera Waters. This position involves delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our property. This role is specifically for weekend work, covering Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. There is potential for additional shifts for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and attentive service to all guests, addressing their needs and queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with reservations and bookings.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, collaborating to resolve any issues.
• Assist in coordinating resort facilities and amenities, ensuring they are well-maintained and accessible.
• Contribute to the resort's success by adhering to policies, procedures, and service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software, preferably REIA.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Availability for Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm, with the potential for additional shifts for the right candidate.
