W Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Hotel Manager to partner with the General Manager and the Executive Committee. This role will drive operational excellence across this award-winning property, one of Australia’s most iconic lifestyle luxury hotels.

About the Role As Hotel Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the hotel. You will oversee daily operations, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver bold, unexpected guest experiences synonymous with W Hotels.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Executive Committee and Operations teams.
• Driving service excellence, financial performance, and brand standards.
• Championing a culture aligned with W Hotels’ Whatever/Whenever service ethos and Marriott International’s core values.
• Elevating guest experience in a fast-paced, lifestyle luxury environment.
