Meriton Suites is looking for a House Attendant to become part of one of our Sydney teams.

About the Role As a House Attendant, you will be integral to the smooth daily functioning of the housekeeping department. Your efforts will be crucial in upholding elevated standards of service and product quality. This role presents a valuable chance to advance your capabilities through close collaboration and learning from seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Address housekeeping staff requests in a timely fashion.
• Manage tasks and requests efficiently.
• Distribute linen and amenities to guest floors.
• Undertake project cleaning duties.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Relocate furniture as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in a large-scale 4- or 5-star hotel environment is desirable.
• Full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Immaculate presentation.
• A focused approach with a passion for guest service.
• Organised with a keen eye for detail.
• A team player capable of working under pressure.
