The Lesday Hotel Group is seeking a casual Housekeeper to join our team in Botany. This role is crucial in ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction through meticulous upkeep of hotel spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, including bed making, amenity replenishment, and ensuring all surfaces are immaculate.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and function spaces to a high standard.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team members.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed, including laundry and supply restocking.
• Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns or requests with a courteous and professional manner.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, with a preference for experience within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
