Lancemore Lindenderry Hotel is seeking customer service staff to join its Housekeeping team. This is a casual, on-site role based in Red Hill.
About the Role This position involves cleaning public areas and assisting with linen delivery to the housekeeping team. Daily cleaning of guest rooms is a key responsibility. The role is suited for individuals who enjoy an energetic work environment and staying busy. A 7-day operation with varied rosters is in place, covering day, night, and weekend shifts, including public holidays, to accommodate personal commitments.
About You To succeed in this role, you will possess an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless guest experiences. You are a hard worker who understands the value of teamwork. Experience in high-quality cleaning and customer service is highly regarded. For those new to housekeeping, you will thrive in an active and at times physically demanding role. The ability to work independently, manage your workload, and maintain room quality is important. You enjoy challenges, take pride in your work, and recognise the significance of exceptional guest service. You will be well-presented, maintain a positive mindset, and have a can-do attitude.
