Yo-Chi is seeking a Venue General Manager to join its leadership team in Indooroopilly. This role is central to the venue's operation, ensuring smooth functioning, positive guest experiences, and team motivation. You will lead and support your Area Leader in fostering a positive, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain high operational efficiency and venue readiness.
• Uphold stringent standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Manage inventory and stock control.
• Train, develop, and support a high-performing team.
• Oversee key performance indicators, including labour, Cost of Goods Sold (COGs), and overall venue performance.
• Assume responsibility for the venue's Profit and Loss (P&L).

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience within the hospitality or retail sectors; Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is advantageous.
• A leader who is people-focused and team-oriented, skilled in team building and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• A proactive and positive problem-solver.
• Organised, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Full Australian working rights are essential.
