Frontline Hospitality Queensland is seeking a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join a team redefining regional hospitality in a picturesque Queensland location. The Roles These positions offer a chance to join a passionate and professional kitchen brigade focused on quality, creativity, and teamwork. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Producing exceptional dishes using premium local ingredients.
- Maintaining high standards during service.
- Contributing to a kitchen culture of consistency, learning, and excellence.
- Developing leadership skills and mentoring junior team members (for Junior Sous Chef applicants).

Skills & Experience To be considered for these roles, you will ideally possess:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, or Junior Sous Chef.
- Background working in quality restaurants, hotels, or premium hospitality venues.
- A passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce, with an understanding of a Farm to Plate offering and wood-fired pizza station.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure with a positive attitude and a genuine team-first approach.
- High standards of food presentation and consistency.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Leadership experience or the desire to mentor junior team members (for Junior Sous Chef applicants).
- Full Australian working rights are required.
