At No Name Lane 4215, the Kitchen Hand is integral to the efficient operation of the kitchen. This role involves maintaining a clean and organised environment, managing dishwashing, supporting the kitchen team, and preparing smoothies and cold beverages during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensuring the kitchen, dishwashing area, and service areas are consistently clean, sanitised, and organised.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of benches, sinks, floors, and rubbish areas throughout the day.
• Undertaking opening and closing cleaning tasks.
• Preparing smoothies and other blended drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Restocking cups, takeaway packaging, ingredients, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Providing assistance to chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when requested.
• Receiving and storing deliveries in accordance with food safety protocols.
• Disposing of rubbish and recycling, ensuring bins are kept clean and hygienic.
• Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Providing support to the team as required to ensure smooth and efficient service.
