McCafe Barista McDonald's Albion Park Rail Full-time Onsite

We are seeking an enthusiastic Crew Member with a particular focus on McCafe operations to join the McDonald's team, dedicated to crafting gold-standard quality coffee. While this role is advertised as full-time, McDonald's offers a range of Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions. Operating as a 24-hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Please note that working days and hours may be adjusted to meet restaurant operational needs. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Prepare McCafe food and beverages to gold standard quality.
  • Collaborate within a team to provide customers with the highest quality and fastest experience.
  • Adhere to restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Serve and assist customers.

  • A well-presented, friendly, and organised demeanour.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced setting and the ability to multitask.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capacity to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, suppliers, and contractors, including managing challenging situations.
  • Physical capability to lift, shift, and move items.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a positive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • A strong team player.
  • Ability to hear and respond to various alerts and alarms.
  • A Police Check is required for successful applicants over 18 years of age.
  • Proof of a valid right to work in Australia is mandatory.

Qualifications:

Experience in coffee preparation is desirable but not a prerequisite. Comprehensive training, including barista training, is provided to all staff members interested in joining our McCafe team.
