We are seeking an enthusiastic Crew Member with a focus on McCafe to assist in crafting gold-standard quality coffee. While we have casual, part-time, and full-time positions available, this role is full-time. As a 24-hour business, we offer flexible scheduling, though working days and hours may be adjusted to meet restaurant needs. Join the Macca's team and contribute to our success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Prepare McCafe food and beverages to gold standard quality.
• Collaborate with the team to provide the best quality and fastest experience for customers.
• Adhere to restaurant safety and security standards for a secure workplace.
• Serve and assist customers.

Qualifications:

Coffee making experience is desirable but not required. We provide extensive training, including barista training, for all staff interested in joining our McCafe team.
