McCafe Barista at McDonald's - Western Australia

We are looking for an enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team, with a particular emphasis on McCafe operations and the preparation of high-quality coffee. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Western Australia.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Prepare McCafe food and beverages to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide efficient and quality service.
  • Adhere to restaurant safety and security protocols.
  • Serve and assist customers.

  • Able to hear and respond to various alerts and alarms.
  • A Police Check is required for successful applicants over 18 years of age.
  • A valid right to work in Australia is essential.

Qualifications:

Coffee making experience is desirable but not required. Comprehensive training, including barista training for McCafe, is provided to all staff.
