Wolfred Pty Limited is seeking experienced Assistant Managers, Department Managers, and Shift Managers to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a McDonald's multi-restaurant patch.

About the Roles: Full-time positions are available. The roles involve managing the shift crew and operations, including the daily control of stock to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently. You will have daily opportunities to work with and develop the crew, and will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant at various times.

Skills & Experience: The successful applicant should possess:

• More than 3 years of experience in McDonald's Shift or Department Management or above.
• McDonald's LTS or equivalent qualifications are preferred as a minimum.
• A customer-focused attitude.
• A results-driven and people-focused approach.
• High standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• The right to live and work in Australia.
• The ability to work with an established team and lead crew focused on delivering McDonald's Standards, Sales, Growth, and Profits.
• Availability to work shifts 24/7 and a willingness to grow within the company and further develop skills.
