Yo-Chi is seeking a Venue General Manager for its Mount Gravatt location. This role is instrumental in driving the venue's success, fostering team spirit, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of daily shifts, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain venue operational efficiency and high energy levels.
• Uphold stringent standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage inventory and stock control processes.
• Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
• Oversee and manage key performance indicators, including labour costs, cost of goods sold (COGs), and overall venue performance.
• Assume responsibility for the venue's profit and loss (P&L).

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience within the hospitality or retail sectors. Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is advantageous.
• A leader with a strong focus on people and team development, adept at building cohesive teams and cultivating a welcoming environment.
• Possess strong problem-solving capabilities, a proactive approach, and a positive outlook.
• Demonstrate organisational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
