Grill'd Healthy Burgers is opening a new Drive Thru Restaurant in Armstrong Creek in 2026, marking a significant expansion. We are seeking individuals to join the launch management team for this new venture. Your Role, Your Impact:

• Restaurant Manager:
• Lead a team of 40–60 crew members, focusing on engagement, performance, and results.
• Manage all restaurant operations, from rostering to compliance.
• Develop your crew through check-ins, development plans, and mentoring.
• Maintain budgets, P&L, and KPIs.
• Champion community engagement through Local Matters and other initiatives.

• Drive Thru Manager:
• Oversee the entire drive-thru process, ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver excellent Drive Thru experiences.
• Focus on speed, quality, and sales targets while maintaining team motivation.

• Assistant Restaurant Managers:
• Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Champion product quality and focus on creating exceptional guest experiences in the dine-in area.
• Coach and develop team members, contribute to sales growth, and uphold high standards.
