Reporting To: Centre Manager Key Stakeholders: Drivas Property Group (Client), JLL, Centre Manager, Regional Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all internal compliance procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Be accountable for compliance with company OHS policies and the implementation of safety management systems.
- Establish facility quality standards to meet or exceed customer and retailer expectations.
- Coach team members individually to facilitate performance improvement and personal growth.
- Produce an annual budget and secure necessary approvals.
- Provide a detailed 10-year Capital Expenditure (Capex) program that validates the annual program and informs owners of long-range funding requirements.
- Develop and implement a strategy to minimise customer and retailer disruption during development activities.
- Monitor on-site fit-outs on a daily basis.
- Provide a safe workplace for all team members, customers, and visitors by regularly reviewing the workplace for hazards.
- Coordinate, control, and ensure compliance of all contracts/service agreements, and supervise on-site contractors.
- Oversee Environmental Management.
- Manage Essential Services.
- Prepare a Monthly Management Report.
