Schwartz Family Co, trading as Paradise Resort Gold Coast, is seeking Public Area Cleaners to join its Housekeeping Team. Positions are available for both Overnight and Daytime Public Area Cleaners.

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring all resort public areas are maintained to a spotlessly clean standard. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the role requires adaptability and openness to working across different areas within the Housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning resort public areas, including lobbies, playgrounds, outdoor settings, pool areas, and toilets/changerooms.
• Ensuring all equipment is cleaned correctly.
• Maintaining storerooms and trolleys in neat working order.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow clear instructions.
• Capacity to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with guests to enhance their experience.
• Flexibility with hours, including mornings, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in hotel cleaning.
• Strong understanding of manual handling and safe work practices.
• Experience working with Optii (Housekeeping software) is desirable.
