Reservations Consultant
World Expeditions is seeking a Reservations Consultant to join their Sydney-based team.

The Role As a Reservations Consultant, you will manage bookings with precision, provide accurate and timely information, liaise with travellers and global operations teams, and ensure journeys are organised from booking to departure. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for responsible adventure travel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge via phone and email.
- Accurately process customer bookings, payments, and related travel documentation.
- Offer suggestions and solutions to enhance the customer booking experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Book and manage flights.
- Liaise with operators on group details, including special requirements and rooming lists.
- Manage inventory.
About You You will thrive in a customer-focused role. Experience in reservations within the travel industry is desirable, though not essential. You should possess:
- Experience in a customer-facing reservations or travel consultant role.
- A proactive mindset and enjoy taking initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent self-organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- A passion for adventure travel.
- First-hand travel experience to World Expeditions/On Water Expeditions destinations.
- A CRS qualification, with Amadeus preferred.
