Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Reservations team. The objective is to establish high standards for guest experience, ensuring memorable interactions from the initial contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations department, ensuring all inquiries and bookings are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and generate opportunities for revenue enhancement, working towards key financial objectives.
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of all reservations within the PMS system.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and booking issues promptly and professionally.

• A passion for exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ideally, previous experience as a Reservations Manager or Supervisor with sound leadership skills, seeking a next career step.
