We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to guide Balboa Italian through its next phase. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage one of the Gold Coast's leading Italian restaurants, supported by an experienced leadership team that values initiative, accountability, and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position for a seasoned hospitality professional who is organised, driven, and dedicated to building exceptional teams and providing outstanding service. About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities encompass the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will ensure that every service is executed to the highest standard and will lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the daily operations of a busy, high-volume restaurant.
• Recruiting, training, and developing exceptional front-of-house staff.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting your management team, ensuring accountability across all departments.
• Driving exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service standards.
• Managing labour, productivity, and operational performance.
• Overseeing rostering, recruitment, and team development.
• Ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently while maximising capacity and profitability.
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and the wider leadership team to continuously enhance the guest experience.
• Utilising strong experience with POS, rostering/timesheet management software, reservation, and business management systems.
• Possessing the ability to problem-solve technical issues.

About You

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a premium, high-volume restaurant.
