Delia Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a new venture in Armadale. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary of $80,000 – $90,000 per year.

One of Melbourne's most awarded and prominent hospitality groups is launching a brand new restaurant and is looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead it from its inception. This is a unique chance to be the first leader of a novel culinary concept, collaborating closely with the founder and group owner to establish the venue from its foundations. You will benefit from the established infrastructure, systems, and support of a parent group, while having the autonomy to create something truly distinctive.

About the Group: Delia Group is a respected Melbourne restaurant group with a collection of acclaimed venues, including multiple Age Good Food Guide hatted restaurants. The group's reputation is founded on excellent food, authentic hospitality, and employee welfare.

The Opportunity:

• Lead a new restaurant concept in the Armadale area as its founding Restaurant Manager.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to develop the offering, culture, and standards.
• Recruit and mentor your front of house team.
• Receive full support from the established group in operations, finance, brand, and people management.

• Demonstrated experience leading a quality restaurant or venue.
• A natural host with a deep passion for hospitality.
• Possess strong leadership skills, a visible floor presence, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Honest, driven, and genuinely enthusiastic about the industry.
