Restaurant Manager - Kangaroo Flat
Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd is seeking a casual, on-site Restaurant Manager for its Kangaroo Flat location.
In this role, you will be instrumental in embodying the "Guest Obsessed" value by consistently delivering exceptional quality and service. You will champion "People Power" by leading your team to achieve success within a dynamic, high-volume setting where daily operations vary.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Cultivating a high-performance culture across financial profitability (P&L), team performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Providing leadership, driving change, and motivating your team to contribute to the restaurant's success.
- Supporting the "Work Safe, Home Safe" strategy by fostering a secure working environment for your team and the restaurant.
- Developing the Hungry Jack's brand through effective business planning.
