Your Responsibilities:

Your Profile:

• Proven leadership experience or prior management experience (experience in fast-casual dining is advantageous but not essential).
• Highly organised with a demonstrated capacity to manage operations efficiently while inspiring and developing teams.
• Driven by empowering others and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in Australia/New Zealand.
• Minimum age of 18 years for restaurant management/supervision.
• Willingness to work with all Nando's ingredients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as mandated by local legislation.
