The Role
Three Blue Ducks Melbourne seeks a seasoned, hands-on Restaurant Manager to guide the front-of-house team and enhance exceptional service at a prominent waterfront establishment. This role involves close collaboration with the kitchen and leadership teams to cultivate the warm, genuine guest experience for which Three Blue Ducks is known.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily floor and bar operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Cultivating a warm, professional, and guest-centric front-of-house culture.
- Managing staff rosters, wage costs, and daily reporting procedures.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team on service flow, menu implementation, and specials.
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of the front-of-house staff.
- Upholding high standards for presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with stock management, ordering, and cash handling.
- Providing visible, hands-on leadership during service periods.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy, high-volume establishment.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead from the front.
- Proficiency in managing rosters, budgets, and daily front-of-house operations.
- A calm, organised, and solutions-oriented approach when facing pressure.
- A collaborative working style with chefs and back-of-house teams.
