Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, induct, train, and develop employees according to Subway brand training requirements, leading by example.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Process incoming deliveries, match orders, and manage daily banking.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for stock and sales, and process employee pay and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimise wastage.
• Ensure full compliance with Subway and council guidelines.
• Perform inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reports.
• Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to identify business improvements.
• Direct and execute housekeeping duties to maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays in line with current campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injuries.
• Provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Foster and encourage a high standard of customer service among employees.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Deliver a high standard of service concerning products, sales, inquiries, and customer needs.
