As the Restaurant Manager, you will be central to operations. Franchise Owners are seeking individuals capable of leading teams to ensure the Subway® brand remains the preferred choice for quick, nutritious meals. This role may suit current Catering Managers, Store Managers, or Restaurant Managers, as well as experienced Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Deputy Managers aiming for career advancement. Management experience within a fast-paced retail setting is sought.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, induction, training, and development of employees, adhering to Subway® brand training requirements and setting an example.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Oversee delivery check-ins, order matching, and daily banking.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for stock and sales, including employee pay and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimise wastage.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Subway® and council guidelines.
• Perform inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reporting.
• Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to identify business improvements.
• Direct and execute housekeeping, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing materials and Point of Purchase (POP) displays in line with campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury.
• Provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Promote and encourage a high standard of customer service among employees.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Deliver a high standard of service in relation to products, sales, inquiries, and customer needs.
