Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co. is dedicated to providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. Our restaurants feature a unique atmosphere and ambiance that reflects our African heritage while also referencing Australian surroundings.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will guide your team to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. This includes maintaining high standards of food preparation and service, with a focus on achieving outstanding restaurant results.

Requirements:

• A relevant Diploma qualification and/or a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant employment experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A strong understanding of financial management, including budgets, forecasting, and labour costs.
• A strong desire to train, motivate, and lead a team.
• Excellent presentation, organisation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of the modern award framework and national employment standards.
• Working knowledge of OH&S/WHS.
• A current RSA Certificate.
