Restaurant Manager

Zeus Street Greek Midland is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager for an onsite role in Midland, WA. The position offers a salary of $80,000 plus a KPI bonus.

About the Role This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a restaurant, cultivate a high-performing team, and drive both culture and commercial success within our new vibrant team at Zeus Street Greek Whitfords in Midland. You will lead by example, focusing on people development, financial management, and setting daily standards.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of restaurant performance encompassing sales, operations, and team culture.
• Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing Profit and Loss (P&L) with a commercial perspective.
• Maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Implementing high-performance operational systems and accountability across the team.
• Managing daily restaurant operations, including rostering, hiring, stock control, and labour management.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Training, coaching, and developing team members to foster a strong and positive culture.
• Collaborating with the owner and leadership team to enhance profitability and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a QSR Restaurant Manager is highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence in managing financial figures and performance.
• A track record of achieving targets and building effective teams.
• Exceptional communication and people leadership capabilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• High personal standards and a hands-on leadership approach.
• Ambition, drive, and readiness for growth into broader operational leadership roles.
