As a Sandwich Artist, you are the face of the restaurant. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving Subway sandwiches, greeting guests, and providing exceptional customer service, aiming to be the reason customers return.

Job Introduction

While previous experience in food preparation, retail sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential, full training and University of Subway® courses will be provided. A positive attitude is paramount. This role is ideal for individuals currently in retail or restaurant positions, or those studying or recently graduated and seeking a career in the food industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Food preparation, including baking bread and cookies.
• Maintaining food storage and preparation areas to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
• Adhering to the Food Code of Practice.
• Operating the till.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Checking in deliveries.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Following security and safety procedures.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Maintaining high personal presentation in the provided uniform, meeting Subway® brand and customer expectations.
• Collaborating as a team member.
• Delivering a high standard of service in product handling, sales, and catering to customer needs.

The Sandwich Artist will efficiently and courteously serve customers, addressing their needs and adding value. This role involves promoting Subway® brand awareness and upholding hygiene standards.
