As a Subway® Sandwich Artist™, you are the face of our restaurants. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving Subway® sandwiches, greeting guests, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in ensuring customers return.

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided, including various University of Subway® courses. A positive attitude is paramount. This role is suitable for individuals currently in retail or restaurant positions, students, or recent graduates seeking a career in the food industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Food preparation, including baking bread and cookies.
• Maintaining food storage and preparation areas to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
• Adhering to the Food Code of Practice.
• Operating the till.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Checking in deliveries.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Following security and safety procedures.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Maintaining high personal presentation in the provided uniform, aligning with Subway® brand and customer expectations.
• Collaborating effectively as a team member.
• Delivering a high standard of service in product handling, sales, and customer needs.
