The Opportunity Florentino is recruiting skilled and passionate Section Waiters for its Florentino Dining Room, Cellar Bar, Cafe Florentino, and Ombra. The establishment upholds high standards for service and hospitality and seeks professionals dedicated to creating exceptional, memorable guest experiences. This role is suited for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, premium environment and take pride in delivering warmth and attentiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within cafes, restaurants, wine bars, or pubs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine commitment to excellence in guest services.
• Ability to confidently manage a section and maintain composure during busy periods.
• A good foundation of Italian food and wine knowledge, with a desire for continual learning.
• A keen eye for detail and consistency in execution.
• Enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service.
• A valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA).
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
